    Thanks for the info, Charles, it’s helpful. What would be really nice is if the company had better communication with its customers. I have never ordered from them before and after almost nine weeks I still do not have my order. After several phone calls where I left messages, I never received a call back. I sent several emails and did eventually get a response which said it should ship out in 1-2 weeks, but it’s now been just about 4 weeks and still nothing. When you have not bought from a company before, and they charge your card right away and you can’t reach them it is concerning. I have been very patient and will always support our veterans. I’m looking forward to getting my order, someday, hopefully.

    Hey customers, listen up! I am reading all these negative posts about late delivery and feel the need to advocate for these guys. Please be patient! I got a mail from them today explaining all their problems during the holidays from COVID, to shipping delays to a fire and out of commission equipment. This is a new, small business trying to figure it out in one of the worst economic times we have seen in generations. So I just want to say Thank You to them for the orders I have received and look forward to more shipment. I hope that everyone else will be as patient. We got your six!

    Yes, I’m very concerned that my order has not arrived and I ordered early November, 2021. I emailed and they reply that it should ship in 4 weeks but that’s up. Need

    I have not received my order made on November 16th. There is never any communication on order status from this company. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card today.

    Placed my order about 5 weeks ago and I sent an e-mail on the 22nd of December to get an update and no one has responded. Was really looking forward to the wooden flags and the Welcome sign for our new house. I wonder if anyone actually reads these.
    I hope this is just a case of too much at once and not someone taking advantage of the situation. How disappointed I am to think a Veteran owned company would be like this.

    Haven’t been given a clue on when my order will ship. I ran an e-commerce store on the same Shopify platform which I make an effort to respond to every customer question about their shipment. I’m fine if you tell me that it will take a month to create the stuff. But at least be “BRAVE” enough to tell me and commit to a delivery date.

    My advice to everyone who is in my predicament. Call your credit card company and open a claim dispute. If your purchase has been posted but not yet processed, there’s a good chance they will reverse the charge and not put the fault on you.

    I think you can also recover paid transactions by asking your credit company to dispute the charge with this shop. The obligation will be on the shop to prove they have shipped the product for them to keep the payment.

    I am reading the negative comments here about unfulfilled orders, which includes mine, and again, I am so disappointed that not even one person can reach out to us to explain why we are not getting our orders, which are ALL paid for. My first order last year was spectacular, which is why I ordered again, but now I’m thinking I will never receive another beautiful flag—how sad!! PLEASE just let me know what to do from here and I will stop annoying you with my questions.

    I placed an order early December for my brother who was in the Marines. I paid for expedited shipping to make sure that I would get the order before Christmas. . Charge my credit card but I’ve never received confirmation I have tried to call them numerous times to find out the status of my order I emailed and nothing. Going to try to get my money back. So disappointed with this company.

    I ordered 2 of the flag crosses last year for Christmas and they are beautiful!

    This year I ordered on November 11 and have yet to receive them. I did get one email stating orders are taking 4-6 weeks. It HAS BEEN 6 weeks. Now that I have seen these comments I am concerned about my money too. Looks like I need to contact my credit card company for a claim/refund. I am deeply disappointed as I would have ordered in the future.

    My order was placed in October, no replies to emails, and phone calls go to voice mail, no replies there either.

    The flag I ordered was for my father as Christmas present. Doesn’t look like it’s coming. Please refund my money. If even part of what is being said on here is true, shame on the owners of this company for scaming and taking advantage of veterans and thier families.

    Hello. I had placed an order (#96907) last week but haven’t received an update if the items are being worked on. It says your tracking system that the order hasn’t been fulfilled. I’m guessing the item may entail some custom work but I have received no further updates since on how long it would take. I think its good business etiquette to be clear on when your customers can expect their purchase.

    Agree with many comments placed – I am still waiting for an order placed in October. While the pictures on the site look nice, I do not recommend this company. They take the money very quickly and I am well beyond 10 weeks to receive my order that’s promised in 3-5 weeks. They do not answer the phone when you call and the emails just repeatedly say they are working on it.
